Here's my take on a dressy casual Valentine's Day outfit for a date. I just fell in love with the heart print on this faint baby blue cardigan and decided to pair it with faux leather leggings and blue heels for somewhat of an unconventional V-Day look. I pinned half of my twists up to the side for a little fancy retro flavor. I love good deals! The cardigan and leggings were just $12.49 each!
