Spinach & Arugula Green Smoothie Recipe;
1 1/2 cup spinach & arugula
1 banana
1 cup frozen blueberries (or berries of choice)
1 cup frozen mango
Mango juice ( I eyeball it according to the consistency I desire)
Simply place in blender and blend.
The boys love it! The fruits blended mask the strong taste of the veggies. I place any extra smoothie leftover into Popsicle molds for a nice frozen treat!
