Spinach & Arugula Green Smoothie for Kids

I try to sneak in as much  green veggies into my boys' diets as possible. It would be hard to force feed it to them on a plate however disguising it in their morning green smoothie has been such an effective way to increase their intake of leafy greens such as spinach and arugula from the garden.

Spinach & Arugula Green Smoothie Recipe;

1 1/2 cup spinach & arugula
1 banana
1 cup frozen blueberries (or berries of choice)
1 cup frozen mango
Mango juice ( I eyeball it according to the consistency I desire)

Simply place in blender and blend.

The boys love it! The fruits blended mask the strong taste of the veggies. I place any extra smoothie leftover into Popsicle molds for a nice frozen treat!
