The blog has been quiet but a lot has been happening around these parts! I wanted to share sweet moments from my baby shower that was organized by even sweeter friends a bit over 1 month ago. As I get older I realize more and more the real esteem that motherhood is...being responsible to love and nurture another human being is truly an amazing assignment. Since it comes with no real manual I am blessed to have women in my life that share their journeys with me and with whom I can share my journey with.
On a quiet Sunday in March I spent time with these women eating, laughing and discussing everything from childbirth and relationships to work, education and hemorrhoids...lol! The theme of the shower was woodland and the decor was so cute! The highlight for me was that we had a Polaroid camera that guests used to take photos with me, add it to a keepsake book and leave a note. I'll cherish it forever! The woodland cookies were handmade by a friend and were so adorable! To be loved in this way was so special! Thank you to those that planned it ❤❤❤!
